Twenty-second run 2012
I haven't been running often enough to expect improvement, but this hasn't been entirely due to laziness. I have some sort of minor muscular strains in my left calf and my right buttock, and I've been trying to give them enough time to heal. I tried three days; that wasn't enough. I tried four days; that wasn't enough. So this time I resolve not to run for five days. This means, of course, that my performance will suffer, but I have to take the hit in order to stay able to run at all. If running hurts, it won't be fun any more, and then I won't do it as much as I should.
